Each box for this season contains a loving mix with the most delightful handmade items (full descriptions listed below).

What’s Inside the Summer Seasonal Herbal Box :

I’m so excited to share an assortment of favorite remedies to honor the vitality of the season and nourish your skin, soothe the nerves, awaken the senses and bring some much needed delight — featuring some incredible healing herbs like Lavender, Mugwort, Calendula, Hibiscus, Rose, Yarrow, Lemon Balm, Milky Oats, Dandelion, Cacao and more!

The theme for this seasonal box is grounded vitality!

1. I’m excited to be returning with one of my beloved products this summer - Dreamy Mugwort & Lavender Body + Annointing Oil!
Two of the most impactful herbs I have ever worked with are Mugwort and Lavender.

* Mugwort is a powerful and wise ally to calm tension, soothe the mind and open our perception. This plant has a distinctive scent that works on us immediately, and it has been revered for thousands of years in nearly every culture worldwide! Mugwort to me feels like a crone plant, or a wise elder helping us to open and receive whether it is dreams, rest, or a message from within.

* Lavender is simply one of the most fragrant, delightful and beloved herbal delights across the globe, and has been for known as a very special annointing oil for thousands of years. This great herbal ally combines beauty and strength - relaxing us, but also aiding in wound care, skin support and helping us to unwind and remember how to receive joy and pleasure. 


I brought these two queen allies back together into one of my most popular products. This oil is especially potent before bed to connect with dreams and before rest practices. For those who have a moon cycle, it is also revered for its use on the low belly for cramps (and you can use it anywhere you want some pain relief.

NOTE : Mugwort oil is also supportive in pregnancy and after childbirth to help with healing the skin that has gotten stretched, and aid in recovery

2. When I think of summer, I think of Calendula! This year I made a Skin-Loving Calendula Lotion Bar that combines local sunny skin-healing calendula flowers in a nourishing apricot kernel oil with shea and cacao butter plus beeswax.

This blend is so nourishing and healing for the skin. Calendula is famous for bringing more radiance, moisture and healing to the tissues, and when it is made into a lotion bar you have a bit of herbal magic on-the-go (great for travel!).

3. I’m all about bitters, one of the most ancient remedies that is still in use even in popular culture today (through many cocktails and mocktails!). Bitters support the digestive process and can be great allies for blood sugar management too, plus they taste great! For this box I made one highly nutritive and fun Bitters with Dandelion Root, Cacao, Orange Peel and Local Raw Honey.

NOTE: If you do not consume alcohol, I can send an extra tea instead as this bitters is made with gluten free vodka. Just send me an email after you checkout.

I love a few droppers of bitters in sparkling water with or before meals, and bitters have added immunity support too!

4. In the world of Kitchen Herbalism, I’m excited to be offering a new Herbs de Provence Herbal Salt Blend in this box - a great way to add a flavor and nutritional boost to your cooking (even if you “don’t cook” that much)! Made with mineral rich and flavorful Himalayan Pink Salt, French Grey Salt, plus Thyme, Oregano, Basil, Savory, and a pinch of Lavender.

I love using this salt in marinades, sprinkling it on veggies, adding to rice, eggs, and if you eat meat of any kind (or tofu) it is also delicious and will bring a nice flavor to many dishes!

5. I’m thrilled to be offering one of my most popular products again. I learned this recipe for a “Perfect Healing Lotion” with Wild and Local Yarrow from a great herbalist - Rosemary Gladstar, and have put my own touches on it!

This lotion is both rich, and also absorbs quickly for a lightweight feel on the skin. Made with wildcrafted and local Yarrow (famous for healing to the skin) infused into Olive Oil, plus Aloe, Vitamin E Oil, the Full Moon Rose Water and LOVE! Place it anywhere you like, and enjoy. Your hands will love it!

6. I’m excited to share a new remedy - a Breast & Body Balm made with Four Flowers - Rose, Hibiscus, Lavender and Red Clover infused into Olive Oil with Coconut Oil plus Shea Butter and Beeswax to help break up tension, and support the tissues of the chest (and anywhere you want more blood flow and movement of lymph)

You can rub this balm on the chest after a shower or bath, or when desired. It can also be used anywhere you want an increase of attention and sensuality. For those with a monthly cycle it is recommended to use this balm on day 7 especially.


7-8. I made two delicious herbal teas for the summer boxes - both are great anytime, and are delicious hot or cold!

For the first tea I brought back a popular one - Afternoon Delightful Tea with Lemon Balm, Lemon Verbena and Rose from a past herbal box, and added in dried apple pieces for flavor and tartness.

This tea is delicious, calming to stress and tension (and helps with moisture) and also turns a fun pink color!

The second tea is the return of one of my favorites for the summertime featuring Enlivening Hibiscus, Gut-Soothing Plantain Leaves and Heart Healing Hawthorn

This tea is tart and delicious, and is filled with lots of antioxidants for immunity and heart health. Plus herbs that support soothing tissues and keeping in moisture inside and out! Delightfully refreshing.

9. I’m obsessed with facial steaming - combining herbs with hot water is a surprisingly simple remedy with big results for the skin, lungs and overall mood when you breathe it in.
This Herbal Facial Steam combines Rose with Calendula Flowers, Yarrow, Lavender and Sage.

This is my go-to remedy to improve my skin’s glow, clarity and balance. It is also great to do if you are feeling sick or simply dry from the season. It is very relaxing to do before bed as well and brings you into a peaceful state.


10. I love making lip balm, and I’m excited to announce this new product featuring Lemon Balm (famous for its support of viruses like herpes/cold sores) infused into Olive Oil with Cacao Butter, Vitamin E Oil and Beeswax.

You will love this lip balm - great for everyone for everyday use, and especially potent if you suffer from cold sores.

11. Every Seasonal Herbal box includes a bottle of the beloved Full Moon Infused Rose Face & Body Mist .

This mist is rejuvenating, toning + cooling. Everyone loves this spray and I’m excited to continue offering it. Spray some on your face after cleansing for a toning effect, after makeup to add brightness or when you want to clear the air/space or bring moisture to your skin! I use it everyday.

12. BONUS : I’ve been working on a tea remedy for headaches, migraines, tension and the busy mind that struggles to relax. The first handful of orders will get a package of this NEW tea blend made with Chamomile, Skullcap, Passionflower, Feverfew and Oat Tops. And I will likely put this into future herbal box creations, but for now the quantity is very limited!

You would brew this like a traditional warm infusion tea (place herbs into strainer covered with hot water and let steep for 20 minutes, strain and enjoy!). Add honey if desired to taste.

I love this as a mid-afternoon uplift on hot days, and also on my sheets and pillow before bed. So soothing.

It is my intention help you connect with these beautiful herbs, plants and flowers as potent allies for our wellness and thriving.

All of these items are handmade by me, grown in my garden, ethically wildcrafted or sourced organically and locally as much as possible and joyfully created.
Batches are very small, and infused with a lot of care and often take many moon cycles to create.

I craft each seasonal herbal box at each turn of the wheel of the year to support you throughout the whole year and your life. I lovingly share the plants, resins and formulas that are coming through most strongly at the time they are made.

It is my dream to help us all deepen in our connection with these wonderful plant and herbal allies whether you are new to it, falling in love with plants all over again, or deeply steeped in the green realm. I encourage you to “commune with” each creation in the box - and feel into the essence of the plant and remedy itself.
